Correctly structuring the financial support of church staff involves approaching two areas in an appropriate manner. These two areas are part of a complete financial support package—compensation and benefits. A third area, ministry-related expenses, is not part of the financial support package and should be handled independently in the overall budget process based on the estimated expense to the church for carrying out the ministry position’s expectations. This seminar will cover all aspects of setting personal income and providing benefits for church staff.
The cost is $15 for BGAV church members and $30 for non-BGAV church members.
