Each person will choose one of the following six tracks (2.5 hours each):

Fresh Expressions:  Reimagining your mental model for church (Gannon Sims)

In session one we will define what a Fresh Expression of church is, explore why it matters and how it’s formed.  Session two will continue by looking closely at how churches and associations can develop Fresh Expressions of church.

Healthy Communication in the Midst of Change (Cynthia Shackelford)

Healthy communication is critical to sustaining and advancing relationships among believers.  Putting love in action takes real effort; we must step forward to give and get feedback, to agree to disagree, and to forgive as the Lord calls us to forgive.  Relationships between and among believers are our witness to the world.  Achieving healthy communication in the midst of change is the focus in this breakout.

Let’s Talk Preschool Ministry (Melissa Kessler)

From how we create a welcoming and safe space to how we communicate and learn with preschoolers, we’ll cover a bit of everything and equip you with some great ways to enjoy this wondrous age range.

See How They Grow (Kim Eskridge)

How can we teach the love of Christ to children in a meaningful way that reaches them where they are?

What are You(th) Willing to Do? (Danny Quirin)

What on earth does a volunteer and church need to do in order to be attractional to this generation of teens for heaven’s sake?

Moving Members to Serve on Mission in Their Community (Glenn Maddox)
