The Church Building Conference is scheduled for February 28, 2015, at the Virginia Baptist Resource Center in Richmond. This event is offered for churches that are considering new building projects, major renovation or acquisition of property.
Among the topics to be covered will be master planning, the challenge of updating older buildings, concerns that need to be dealt with in multi-purpose/activities/gymnasium type facilities, how to go about fund raising and finding the right construction company.
Leaders for the Church Building Conference include architects, construction firms, fund raisers and others who have experience in working with churches.
The following church leaders are invited to attend:
- education ministers/leaders
- building committee members
- trustees and others that relate to building concerns.
