The Campus Pastor leads, inspires, and equips people to experience life with Jesus, driving spiritual growth and community impact. Key Responsibilities Vision & Leadership: Cast vision, embodying and sharing our mission, vision, strategy, beliefs, and values to cultivate a thriving campus culture. Community Engagement: Build relationships with staff and leaders, oversee weekly service readiness, and connect people through serving and outreach. Discipleship & Growth: Provide regular opportunities for spiritual growth and teach the importance of generosity. Team Development: Lead and develop staff and volunteers through coaching and mentorship. Pastoral Care: Perform weddings, funerals, baptisms, counseling, and mentoring. Resource Stewardship: Manage campus resources.
