Summary of Position: Assist with Wednesday evening dinner service by maintaining a high standard of food safety and hospitality Qualifications: - Personable demeanor and guest-first mentality - Ability to be on one’s feet for a minimum of 4 hours - Some heavy lifting may be required - Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required General Responsibilities: - Ensure the safety of our guests by practicing and enforcing safe food handling procedures - Engage with guests to promote a positive atmosphere - Set up, monitor, restock, and break down the salad bar buffet line including desserts and beverages - Assist the kitchen team in the bussing, washing, and putting away of dishes - Participate in end of day cleaning Hours: - Wednesday Evenings from 3p to 7:30p. One break with a meal is provided - Possibility of working other events at the church based on need and availability - Pay is $16 an hour
