We are seeking a passionate, experienced Full-Time or Bi-Vocational Baptist Pastor to lead and shepherd the congregation at Wallers Baptist Church in Partlow, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong biblical knowledge, a heart for people, and a deep commitment to preaching and teaching God’s Word. Responsibilities include delivering engaging, life-applicable sermons, leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care through visitations and counseling and offering spiritual guidance to church members. The pastor will also lead the church's vision, oversee community outreach and evangelism efforts, as well as work closely with church leadership to develop ministries that align with our church’s mission. The successful candidate will have a Bible College degree (or equivalent theological training) and at least 5 years of pastoral ministry experience. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a heart for community engagement are essential. The pastor must be approachable, compassionate, and able to inspire others to grow in faith and serve the community. We offer a competitive salary and a benefits package.
