CBC, Inc. is in the process of calling a full time Pastor to lead a Senior level Congregation to transition into various outreach activities to bring Individuals and Families to understand what Eternal Salvation is all about and what being accepted into the Kingdom of God entails.
The Congregation is open to various avenues of expanding its outreach activities to enhance the growth of the Church. We understand that social-media needs to be an integral part of the process.
The Congregation desires for the called Pastor to lead and coach  the transition while administering to the needs of the existing Congregation.
CBC,Inc. is a new facility ( built in 2016 after being destroyed by a Tornado) with a Social Hall. No debt and a sizable endowment.
Compensation range--$50k-$60k. depending upon level of commitment and overall progress over the next four to five years.
