Hatcher Memorial Baptist Church is looking to fill the position of Pastor. We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced Pastor to lead/grow our congregation in spiritual growth and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep commitment to ministry. Primary responsibilities include:* Preaching engaging and biblically based sermons and leading a mid week daytime bible study *Pastoral care-including visiting the sick, counseling those in need and offering support during a crisis *Performing other pastoral duties such as weddings, funerals, baptisms and dedications * Working with church leadership and staff to establish a vision and plan for the church's growth, including building a ministry for young adults and children.
