Bethlehem Baptist Church in Richmond, VA, is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to provide leadership in all matters, spiritual and temporal, to the congregation. The Pastor will be responsible for delivering biblically sound sermons, leading worship services, administering ordinances, and providing pastoral care in partnership with associate ministers and deacons. The Senior Pastor will also engage with church leadership on decision-making and foster relationships with local community partners. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in theology or divinity from a regionally accredited seminary, ordination as a Baptist minister, and relevant pastoral experience. A minimum starting pastor package will be $80,000.
