The Worship Summer Intern will assist the Worship Team to enhance the dynamic worship environment for the worship in whatever way needed, in addition to receiving exposure to weekly planning, scheduling, and preparation. This temporary position requires an intern to devote 15-20 hours per week mid-May through mid-August working closely with the Pastor, Worship Team Leader, and Music Director.

Job Duties:
-Actively participates in weekly worship ministry and planning sessions.
-Participates in the Worship Band and lead rehearsals as assigned by the Worship Team Leader/Music Director.
-Ensures that slides and service logistics are prepared for Sunday services. Creates song charts as necessary for worship.
-Assists in the recruitment and training of new members for the worship band.
-Plans 2 special worship events.
-Observes and learns how to schedule volunteers and communicate with individuals to backfill any empty slots.
-Contributes to the team through participation in team meetings, seeks servant-leadership opportunities, learns, and envisions God working through them to make an impact on others.
-Assists other ministries and provide support wherever needed.
