Gayton Baptist Church in Henrico, Virginia, is seeking a Youth Ministry Assistant to support the Youth, Young Adult and Discipleship Pastor, in the planning and executing of the youth ministry programming including Sunday mornings, Sunday evening LifeNights, special large events and, under the direction of the Youth Pastor, lead middle school activities and Bible studies. This person will help support the goals of the overall youth ministry in leading students in Christ toward discipleship, leadership, community and action. This person must be a team player over age 21, have a growing relationship with Jesus, have solid organizational and communication skills, and have 2+ years experience with students, preferably middle schoolers.
