Join your BGAV family as we come together for our 201st annual meeting – to be held on the outskirts of our nation’s capital this year at First Baptist Church, Alexandria, from November 11-13! Come for two days of worship, networking, resourcing, and advancing God’s kingdom together; stay to enjoy the museums, landmarks, and beauty of our historic northern Virginia region.

Each year, pastors, church staffers, lay leaders, and guests gather at our annual conference for fellowship, networking, and learning opportunities. Designated BGAV-participating churches may send their allotted number of messengers to vote in the business sessions, so be sure to register as a messenger if that applies to you. Like last year, this is a hybrid event, so all registered messengers will be able to vote, whether they are attending in person, online, or some combination of both. ​

Our theme is Free Indeed based on John 8:36: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

Gathering times will focus on “Freedom in Church,” “Freedom in Community,” and “Freedom in Christ.”

This year’s meeting will feature special tracks related to missions, pastors, and NextGen leaders; guest speakers from across the nation; breakout sessions to revitalize your ministry; more than 30 exhibitors available in our ministry fair area; and more!
